About Tim Scott Wright
"Tim Scott-Wright is one of the UK’s leading names in hairdressing, he is recognized with a host of industry awards and accolades and have lead him into the prestigious Hairdressing hall of fame."
" Tim has a huge local following and broad experience gained from 18 years working with two nationally recognised salon brands and two former British Hairdressers of the Year.
In 2005 Tim himself won the coveted title of Midlands hairdresser of the year at the British hairdressing awards. A title he successfully went on to defend 3 years running, placing this man as one of the youngest hairdressers in the hall of fame.
2014 saw Tim open his first solo salon – The Hair Surgery – in his hometown of Stourbridge in the Midlands. Finally a place of his own to demonstrate his own style and personality and one that has already picked up several awards - Hair Magazine’s Regional Salon of the Year and Creative Salon of the Year at the Salon Business Awards and was nominated for Best New Salon (Most Wanted Awards) and Newcomer of the Year (British Hairdressing Business Awards).
Tim is an innovative hairdresser with an eye for how hair falls, and has an amazing eye for both cut and colour, using the two to perfectly complement each other.
“ I love creating great hair that works for the client. I am often asked if I have a signature style, and the answer is no. All women are different and I adapt what I do to suit the client in front of me at the time. There is little point of trying to be a successful hairdresser if you only do one look!”
